I don't know what everyone here is complaining about. I have lived here since August and everything has been fine. The only inconvenience is being near the train but there are a lot of places in San Marcos that have to deal with the train. Apartment complex is conveniently close to the Texas State campus, is on the Tram bus route (if you get to the bus stop 15 minutes before class, you'll have problems..get there early and you're fine). The apartments are a kind of small, if you want something bigger you will be spending a lot more money. This is a quiet apartment complex with no distractions at all. Peaceful place to live.
