Okay if you are reading this and already signed with Bobcat Villiage. I am sorry. Hopefully you only signed a 9 month lease so you can leave. The price for square footage is OUT!! There is not enough room. Very small very small cant have more than 3 people in the living room at once. Maintinance SUCK! hopefully nothing breaks.. (it will) beacuse it takes a week to fix anything. Manager is a jerk and some neighbores are in their 40/50's and complain all the time about the noise. Dont do it. you can find more space for less somewhere else.:) SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
