Sure furniture and bills are included in the rent but SO WHAT! The apartments are so small it's ridiculous. The couch... well you'll get use to that but the living room chair is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on in my life. The water is so hard it fads your clothes, leaves stains on your dishes, and even left a circle on the floor of my tub that I couldn't clean out no matter what I used or how often I used it! The complex is right next to the busiest train track in San Marcos and trains go by blowing their LOUD horns all day and night so don't expect to get any sleep. The drivers of the trains have no respect for the fact that their passing apartments at 2, 3, and 4 in the morning and they blow their horns louder then they do during the day light hours.

There is bird crap everywhere and they only clean it once a year, right before you move in, so you don't no about it until it's too late. If you get a bird's nest on your patio or light outside your front door they wont knock it down because that s "against nature" so be prepared to have bird s**t allover your stuff.

Even on the third floor, your apartment will become infested with crickets and nats... lots of nats, no matter how clean your place is.

The sand volleyball court feels like pavement. You're not allowed to own more then one vehicle there even though all the spots are never taken, not even on football game days. There are probably only 15 visitor spots in the whole complex and if your visitors park somewhere besides one of those spots they'll get a ticket.

So you don't have a computer, that's ok because they have a computer lab. But, I hope it's not an important assignment because they only have four computers with one printer that is always out of paper. If you go to ask the staff for paper for the printer they get an attitude with you like it's your fault they don't have paper and you re making their day SOOOOOOOOO much harder.

They say pets aren't allowed but so many people have dogs barking all day it's CRAZY!
