Expensive, but at least this place is clean and well kept. I liked it a lot better than my current place, University Springs. Of course it costs an arm and a leg, but I've not found an apt in the area that doesn't (unless it's a dump).

Noise from neighbors really isn't a problem here. Trains run right by the property though, and those will keep you up at night.

Parking sucks and it was a major hassle for visitors. If they don't have a Texas State sticker, they had use the 5 spots reserved for visitors. Those were always full (by the same cars--obviously not visitors).

Nicely maintained. Most staff are students and they are nice.
