I experienced no problems while living at bobcat village. It was a small, quiet and no doubt a safe place to live. I did have a few issues with parking because I refused to purchase a visitor's parking pass when I was using a rental car when my car was in the shop getting repaired.

All in all, it was a great experience. I would live there again if the rates hadn't changed.
