Though you'd think you were living next to IH35 with all the road noise coming off Commanche Street, this really is not a bad place to live. The people who run this complex also run mosscliff.
Rooms are fairly big, the maintenance was really good when I lived there, and you cant get any closer to campus.
One downside...if you dont have a tag on your car, or if your parents or girlfiend come to visit, have them park down the street or they'll be towed in a heartbeat.
