Considering the age of the apartments and the noise outside (being located very near to campus), these apartments are excellent. Maintenance is usually very quick to respond to issues, and are courteous as well. Another amazing thing is that there is always a parking space available. Being close to campus, you would think incoming students would take the spaces from actual tenants, but the complex makes sure to keep a strict towing policy enforced during each semester.

My most high reccomendation would be the management and, in particular, the apartment manager for both Mosscliff and Campus Colony, Diane. She's is professional, kind and very understanding of tenant issues. During my last year there, my ex-roommate bailed out of the upcoming lease while only giving me about six days to respond. Diane eased what was a very stressfull few days of transition to a new apartment complex, and made sure I didn't pay for my roommate's mistakes. You would do well choosing this apartment complex.
