For the location, it cant be beat. Texas State now owns these apartments and the rent is going up next semester. Located right across from the business school you never have to ride the bus again, and can be anyone on campus in about 5 minutes. Apartments are spacious, dont let the outside appearance fool you. Maintanance was right on top of things, overall a good experience. There are many, nicer options to choose from in San Marcos but if you are interested in a quiet community right on campus Id reccomend campus colony
