I have lived here for 5 years now and there have been quite a few changes I do admit. All of the changes are for the better I must agree. The other management company took forever to fix anything. I think the new manager is on top of everything. I had a mold problem in my apartment and she took care of it as soon as possiblw. It was corrected the same day. I also had a water leak in my apartment when we had all of the rain, and she had my carpet dry within 3 hoursof me calling in. The only complaint that I have is that of the water bills, they are high, but I can?t blame the office, as others have stated, that is the TNRCC. If you are complaining about the manager not replacing your things, she can only do so much, everyone needs new things, but if they work than why should she replace them. this is an old property, if you want new things, then you need to go to a new property.
