I have had a very nice and pleasant experiance living at the Cedars. The only complaint I have is that the maint. takes a while to get fixed. The manager seems very sweet and genuine. I put in a work order and nobody ever came into my apt. to fix it. When I went into the office she made sure the maint. man went directly to my apartment and apologized for the problem. When I moved out, because of my job she explained to me the polocy in the lease very carefully so that I could understand, and made it clear of my responsiblilies. The leasing agent Nikki was very helpful in keeping in touch w/ me about if my apt. had been leased. I am glad they were so nice in helping me. There are only a few loud times I can remember, the property looked nice, and the grounds are kept up well. I would recomend this apartment to anyone. Also, I want to mention to others that may not be so full of common sense, that if you look around, the new manager has really made a differance on this property. The old manager is the one who didn't care about her residents at all.
