Management is slower than melting ice in a cold winter storm.

I have not lived here yet but am in the process of doing so and I have never dealt with such a slow moving management. Every time I call to get an answer there is nobody available. So if you like doing business in a timely manner, this is not the place for you. Two thumbs down on customer service!
