Could be a hell of a lot better.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
The apartment complex looks beautiful and green when you enter the complex. The reason everything looks so good is because we pay an outrageous amount for water - $66.00 for one month, two bedroom and two people. We surely did not use that much water.
Maintenence can be pretty slow and fairly unknowledgeable but I hear that it is like that all over San Marcos.
Pests can be pretty bad.
Management can be good or bad, depends on who you deal with.
