Where should I start' I moved out at the end of May and I still haven't gotten my pet or security deposit back. They sent me a check for the wrong amount and made payable to the wrong people twice. Apparently, the four managers that I have dealt with for the term of my 13 month lease don't know how to keep accounting records. They accused me of not paying a portion of my pet deposit. I had to go in and show them the checks and amounts which was a serious pain since I wrote them over a year ago! They also withheld part of the security deposit for carpet stains left by the maintenance men when they replaced the hot water heater and the dishwasher two days after we moved in. That's right, my first night there I enjoyed a nice cold shower. The water bill was never under 60 dollars a month due to leaks. The electric bill averaged 90 dollars for a 2/2 and we weren't even there half the time. There were 2-3 different car vandalisms per month - in January, my car was one of them. My passenger window was broken and faceplate and cd case stolen. If you still want to live here you should try my old apartment, most of the appliances were replaced in the past year.
