I have lived here for about two years and I have seen four different sets of office staff. The maintenance is good.. Just get to know the guys and they will help you out sooner than the office staff. The grounds are always kept up nicely, the only downfall is that they mow every Thursday morning at about 7 o'clock. The floorplans are a lot bigger than other apartments out there, so that's a plus. I haven't really had any problems living here. I like it because is feels very homey. I wouldn't really say that this is a college community though. If you want a nice, mature community, this is it. If you're looking for a party every night at your complex, you might want to try somewhere else.
