if management enforcing the lease contract is unpleasant for the author of the last few reviews, perhaps they should consider buying a home.
water billing is regulated by the TNRCC and the water addendum signed by each resident clearly outlines how water bills are calculated.
and yes the lawn looks great, but residents don't pay the irrigation bill. for anyone interested, water bills are available to residents for review as required by the TNRCC.
