Management changes with the weather, and the most recent are apethetic and like someone said earlier, act like they are doing us a favor by us living there. Getting anything done takes asking a few times. The toilet situation as someone mentioned earlier is also accurate. The place is also the noisiest I have ever lived in, including my college dorm! Nobody seems to notice they live near others. We have had a fly/gnat infestation like someone else mentioned too. Gardners mow the lawns at 6:30AM, and oh yeah, did we mention that the walls are paper thin' We have had water 3 water leaks in our time here (all apt above us) and there are cracks/plastered dents everywhere. Very drafty, with so much air comming in through the patio door/window that the heater has to work harder (you pay more $) or the AC has to. Insulation is poor on all windows. This place needs new management and a MAJOR makeover before I would even consider it again. We can't wait to leave. Read the other reviews here and don't make the same mistakes!!
