Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The apartment itself is great, but management and maintanence suck big time!
It took them 3 month to fix my toilet and then another 3 month to fix my washer/drayer. I have a water leak from the rain since befor christmas and they still have not came to look at it. Also we have had 4 new management companies take over this place since I moved in in May. The apartments are nice but everything else sucks.
