As I was told the specials and signing the lease after hearing the "great specials" the two ladies in the office were very kind. But the day I moved in problems started with leaks in the cieling and in the bathroom, outlets not working, doorknob was broken, ceiling fan was coming off the ceiling to name the big issues. I had to call 5 times and go to the office 3 times and confronted the manager in the parking lot before anyone was sent out. Then the special move in rate of $299 was not applied, it was given only as a credit to our rent of $760. As I was speaking to the manager she kept talking over me and was not listening and admitted to being wrong, but because I had signed the lease there was no changing it, she stated. They did not try to work with me as far as the move in special. I spoke to my neighbors about this situation whom told me many horror stories and was advised to move out as soon as I could. I advise DO NOT rent from The Cedars Apartments.
