Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Unfixed washing machine, 2 unfixed burners on the stove, flooded apartment due to broken water heater upstairs, no reimbursement for out-of-apartment hotel stays, and water bill for one person from the 40s to the 70s! Don't move here.
