The grounds at these apartments are very well kept. First impression looks good. While we don't hear *too* much noise, the police are ALWAYS out here (in groups of up to 10) searching the grounds for someone. There was a knock down drag out fight next door where someone went through a window. And a SWAT team had to shoot down a door in the building next to ours one night on a drug raid. Bottom line, if you need to call the cops, don't bother, they are probably already there. Kind of expensive also. $585 1BR/1BA and $820 2BR/2BA. Just a bunch of rich college kids who drink, do drugs and get into fights while mommy and daddy pay the rent.
