Clarewood, though it may be considered a little overpriced, is a nice place. The rent has gone down recently. The management and office staff are ALWAYS nice, and the maintence is done promptly and right the first time. The only problem we had was the first day we moved in the walls weren't painted and the carpet was old, so it smelled like smoke. The appliances aren't ancient and there are washers and dryers in all of the units. Tthere was a prolem with cars being broken into, but now the police patrol the grounds often. I would recommend it.
