I have lived here since July of '03 and have had countless problems. First they switched the management without notice. The air conditioner went out 3 times in the first three months that I lived here. Once on a weekend (Sat.) and it was not fixed until the following Tuesday. Three days without air conditioning in August is unbearable! After the third time, they finally replaced our ancient unit. Also, the electric bills at this place are outragous! One month my roommate and I paid $160.00 for our 2 bedroom apartment. We have also had problems with the maintenance guy coming into our apartment without reason, and leaving no message that he had been there. Finially, this week the hot water has been out in the entire complex for 1-2 days. (It's January and it's freezing!) Just so you know, the model apartment is nothing like what you move into. All the appliances are outdated, so I would suggest asking the leasing girls so see the actual apartment you would be moving into.
