I don't think that this place is up to standards. Many things need to be replaced, the appliances are old. Many things have broken, and although matenience takes care of them fast, it is still a hassle to deal with. I have seen some people around the complex that make me feel uneasy at night when I walk my dog. I think that the prices are a little high, and most complex's now pay for cable or internet or something, but these don't. The electric bills are higher then anticiapted as well. Don't think that I will be extending my lease here.
