I lived here for a little over 3 years. The landscaping and exterior were absolutley beautiful. Always kept clean and fresh, I was always proud to show people where I lived. Very quiet, hardly ever any noise problems. Loved the floorplan and having 2 patio doors. Having the large patio space was nice as well.

Terry with maintenance was excellent, always willing to help and always friendly.

Just a few complaints - at the end of my stay I got some kind of umm . . . seedy neighbors and woke up at 3am to a drug bust by the police. A bit scary . . .
Also I found the extra $100 charged to go month to month a little much. Most all apts I've ever know charge $25 - max $50.

But overall a very nice complex, one of the absolute best in San Marcos. If I ever get back to the area I would definitley consider living there again. Was actually sad to leave the place I called home for 3 years.
