I have lived here for 3 1/2 years, and I would not renew my lease for anything. The manager has been nothing but rude and doesn't care about the current residents. Don't live here until there is a management change. Prices are outrageous for what your actually getting. The only good thing about this place is Terry, the maintance man. By the way she fines out of her ass.

You have prob. been fined due to breaking the community rules and distubing your neighbors. You should find a community that allows you to either party all the time or let your animals run loose on the grounds.
