I have only lived here for a few months, but I have enjoyed my experience so far. I haven't once had to talk to the management about anything, but I have heard that she is rude.
Other than the old appliances and the high electricity bills, I love my apartment. It is very spacious and clean. I love being on the third floor because of the vaulted ceilings, but my electric bills are rediculous! I live in a two bedroom by myself and I leave the AC on 76 and my bill has been around $120 every month. I was not expecting that.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and it's usually pretty quiet! The maintenance man is great. I would recommend moving here.
