Maintenance is horrrrible ! The dude can't even answer the most basic questions and acts like he's doing you a favor when he fixes something ! Very unprofessional ! There are disgusting people who leave their dogs out on their 3rd floor balconies all the time with the scent of dog mess blowing in the breeze. Pathetic service for the price I am paying !

That is awful. Perhaps you should voice these complaints with your name and your apartment # so the management team can contact you and remedy the situation.

"ANOTHERMADEUPPERSON" is proof of how immature these nuts are...why not just identify wich member of management you are...and show concern ??!! My complaints have been taken to the office and all I recieve is the runaround !

I agree that the MAIN problem here is the MAINTENANCE GUY. The office staff are nice, the grounds are nice, our neighbors are no trouble, but every time we've had to deal with the maintenance man he has been rude and unprofessional. I just wish they would get a better one. He alone will keep us from signing another lease. I am not being vindictive..just honest.
