I had a great experiance moving into this apartment. My boyfriend and I were moving into our first place! Amy was very helpful and I was not really sure about Shay.
Problem #1: My toilet kept overflowing.. I called the office and put in a work order. I was told Terry would be over. I though he fixed it, but it overflowed again. So I put in another work order. I came home when maintenance was there, and to my surprise he was going thru my trash and bathroom things. Then he said that usually women complain about overflowing toilets becuse "it is that time of the month". I was shocked. Who know what else he goes thru when he is in your apartment.
Problem #2: I kept hearing loud noise coming from my neighbors house and come to find out it was Shay. It seams as though she throws parties all the time, and half of building 2 goes to them. The only thing is she gets so drunk at these parties, half of building 2 ends up in her bed with her. After talking to a few of my neighbors I heard that this is an every weekend thing for her, and if you have any kind of fines or late fees, you just have to sleep with shay and she will go into to computer and get rid of them with out Amy knowing. WOW...
Now, Amy is gone and Shay or the new unfriendly manager is there. The new manager is going back and forth to another property, so shay gets to shut down anytime she wants for some afternoon resident delight!!
I would stay away from this place!!

I can only assume the maint man mentioned feminine products after pulling them from your clogged toilet. Writing this gossip - you should be ashamed of yourself. Other readers - note the source before taking any of this as fact.

anothermadeupperson...is obvious a part of management here...this place is a slum. Everyone in San Marcos knows that this complex has pathetic management. They will not change until they lose a lawsuit...just get out and call it a learning experience..oh, and warn everyone about these morons.

lol-talk to anyone people, this place is just higher priced projects, with low class managemnt- and the maint. dude is CREEPY...is it a dude or a chic ??!! The new girl in the office is cute but everyone else looks like they should be working at sac-n-pac.

Amy...the OLD LOSER manager is the one who posted all those lies about shay...she is a LIAR! Always have been and always will....hope she likes her new JOB as assistant manager now!!!!
