Management team here is made up of immature, unconcerned rejects. This manag. co. must be crazy letting this place go to hell like this.-planning to place a formal complaint with them this week for the unprofessional way we've been treated by the leasing staff and this new "Einstein" of a manager. If that doesn't work....I'm about to get my money's worth from pre-paid legal.I am tired of all the loud parties(against the complex rules, we were told), all the dog ---- everywhere (against the rules), and the howling dogs left out on the balcony all day and some nights...ridiculous!I'm also embarrassed for my guests to see the trash outside people's doors and the "lovely" tarp the management has allowed my neighbor to hang out over their patio...complete eye sore.This place hasbeen "ghettofied" by this sorry-ass management team. Stay away !

I totally agree.. Since this new management took over, All I see is the office playing computer games and not working. Terry is the worst maintenance guy around, and dont get me started on the new manager (Jason).

my issues have been addressed....they were finally addressed when we got the hell outa there ! You're a month too late. This complex is ran by retards and its reputation has gotten all over san marcos...when we told are new complex that we were breaking a lease, and told them from where and why...they had no problem with it ! they had heard all about clarewood (better known as peckerwood)..good bye, farewell, enjoy your lowlife community, OH, and eat ---- and die !

place needs a massive enema to wash this sh*tty management out of here so some decent folk could come in. the office is rude and always makes excuses for not doing their jobs. that maintenence man doesn't know his *ss from a hole in the ground
