First, when I moved in with my roommate, the carpets were absolutely FILTHY. They had ash and urine stains from the previous tenant which we were careful to note on our damage report. The carpet was not replaced. At the end of the year, the carpet was in the same condition as when we moved in. They stuck ME with a $1,430 damage fee because of the stains that were ALREADY THERE. Could hear neighbors outside constantly, not to mention the place is HAUNTED (infested) with Jehovah's Witnesses and Missionary Mormons that will solicit you constantly. There is a definite PEST PROBLEM whenever there is humidity (always). Owner's of pets are generally not respectable in regard to picking up their mutts' feces. There is a veritable LAKE in the parking lot whenever it rains. The ONLY good thing was that the maintenance guy was very friendly and prompt. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. It is NOT in the least bit worth any penny of the price I paid or now have to pay because of the office/management incompetence.
