I just renewed my third lease with Clarewood...and I was suprised myself. If previous management and maintenance were still here, I WOULD NOT HAVE. I agree with alot of the previous comments; however, I have to say the new maintenance guy is doing an excellent job and the new manager, Andrea, is taking care of things in a prompt, professional manner. It has been like night and day the last 2 months. In a town where most apartment communities have sofas on the balconies, foil on the windows, beer cans everywhere and unconcerned management...it's really cool to see a property that takes into consideration it's working, professional tenants and actually has some basic guidelines for the community to follow. Give this place another look, I think you might be suprised. I'm staying. Oh..and there is no weight limit for dogs here very pet friendly.

very unhappy w/ management here- I find that it is common when a manager lives on site for them to act as if the paying tenants are guests in THEIR home, instead of paying customers who they are hired to serve- We have been treated rude and inconsiderately by this manager.
