the office people here "amazing"''!!! By what standards ' We have been met w/ nonchalant,RUDE, unprofessionalism repeatedly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

hey, I had a good experience there, and you had a bad one. Just because one person has a good experience doesn't mean I'm the manager. I mean seriously, do you really think every person at the complex had the same exact experience as you? Andrea was nice to me so when i read so many posts about how bad this place was I just wanted to post about my positive experiences. You all were probably the ------ neighbors i had that looked like you didn't want to be there and couldn't be friendly to anyone. Sometimes people are as nice to you as you are to them. Just something to think about...

BAD EXPERIENCE ! A MOODY MANAGER, CONFUSED OFFICE STAFF AND CLUELESS MAINTENANCE. OVERPRICED. THEY PAY NOTHING. ONLY GOOD THING IS VOLLEYBALL COURT AND THEY ALLOW BIG DOGS. THERE ARE OTHER APARTMENTS IN TOWN, THOUGH, THAT ALLOW BIG DOGS, HAVE VOLLEYBALL AND STILL HAVE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. JUST DID NOT MEASURE UP TO WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GET FOR THE PRICE.

I AM NOT THE MANAGER!!! However, I do read community reviews posted from various states. Just a word of warning....you need to be careful when posting your comments. Some of you need to read the user agreement more carefully.

omg ! as long as the posts on this site are backed w/ fact..what is your implied threat, " not the manager" ? This site is to inform others of real experiences and opinions of the properties listed on here. It is not limited to only positive experiences !! If this property does not want to be rated, they can contact the site and can be taken off the list. ..and YOU ARE "NOT THE MANAGER"..BUT, you sit around and read reviews from various states ?! Get out much ?

hang in there- it's always just a matter of time before the problem solves itself- managers come & go- If they are rude, inconsiderate, snobby or shady it always seems to catch up w/ them- as long as they fix what needs repair, address your concerns and don't harrass you, just sit back and watch. RUDE & Immature managers always blow it; especially if they start costing the Management Co. money! AND there is a consumer link for complaints in the apartment industry on this site; USE IT. This property has already developed a reputation, just ask around. Remember these people work for you and you have recourse if you are treated unfairly. We are paying customers. I didn't know until recently just how many options tenants have if they choose to pursue them. Check it out !

IF YOU ARE A TENANT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR PRIVACY RESPECTED. IF YOU FIND THAT MANAGEMENT IS DISCUSSING YOU W/ OTHER TENANTS, CALL AN ATTORNEY OR THE CITY MANAGERS OFFICE TO GET A LEAD ON WHAT YOUR RIGHTS ARE.
