This place sucks, and it doesn't help one of the leasing agents is a ----- from hell. Rudy plays the good cop and the blonde witch acts like she has a vendetta against her own residents. I lived in 3 bedroom, one of my roommates has been on the lease for 5 consecutive years, and did that buy us any respect from management' NO! The pool is never clean, once I was swimming to notice the pool traps overflowing with bugs! Probably hadn't been cleaned in a month! Everything in the apt. has broken, rebroken, and broken again. First DAY I moved in, the master bath overflows my roommates room. It took maintenance a week to come by. By then the whole apartment wreaked of mildew as the water was creeping down the hall into part of my room as well. They didn't even replace the carpet. Just used these wind blowers to dry it and then cleaned the carpet. Kind of lame. Since then, the front porch light broke (replaced the lightbulb not realizing the whole thing did not work, 3 times actually fix), freezer (all food went bad took 2 days to come by), toilet broke 3 times, water pressure messed up, washer broke... The appliances here all suck and are the cheapest unknown brands. You have to use the dryer 5 times to dry the clothes. The water is always being shut off here. It becomes a daily thing, make sure to shower before you go to bed bc 60 percent chance the water will be shut off for pipe maintenance. Evidently they screwed up the plumbing bigtime, as it never has recovered. And don't live on the bottom floor unless you want to hear your top neighbor's entire life. Everystep they take, when they wake up, get home, leave,everytime they flush the toilet, take a shower, and much much more! This place sucks, if your a student make sure you have a ride wit a parking pass bc the bus comes every three hours and if you miss it you're screwed. The morning bus is scheduled to be here at 9:35 but it comes at 9:50 so if you're trying to make a 10:00 am class prepare to walk in late everyday and get bad attendance. Overall, this is just not the place you want to be. Good luck, I'm outta here!
