You can't ask for a better location....you can walk to class and you're 3 blocks from the square.
The rooms themselves are pretty damn small, parking is on a hill so your car can get damaged from other cars very easily. Closets are LITTLE and so are the bathrooms.
Swimming pool is pretty small, and the laundry room could be better. Had some clothes stolen from there once, so watch yourself.
If you have a simple taste then this is right for you....if you want more for your money, then go elsewhere.
