Comanche Hill was great for me. It was easy to walk to my classes, HEB, the library, and downtown from the apmt. I shared a 2/2 with 3 other people and it was okay. The price was great! Internet & cable were included.

Neg.: The places are old along with the fixtures and appliances. Be wary of the upper parking lot. Your car will most likely get some damage or wear and tear from the steepness of the hill it is on. There are only enough parking spots for residents. That caused some problems with having visitors and with finding spots when non-residents parked there anyway.

This is a great place for people looking for convenience and an inexpensive place to live. Just go into it remembering that you get what you pay for.
