great location, however, maintenance problems have riddled our apartment since move-in. At one point, they didn't employ any maintenance people for over two weeks.
The billing for water is so unfair and unequal it's not funny. In the summer, we received a water bill for $80 for three people (they bill by # of occupants). There is no possible way 3 people used that much water! The sprinkler system for the whole complex and the pool is all divided out on the residents. In the summer, the water bills can be outrageously high.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone, student or non-student.
Additionally, the speed bumps are too high.
The requirements to use Perdenales electric co-op are terrible. The only cable provider you are allowed to use is Time-Warner. So, competition is elimated. No Grande. Nothing but AOL or RoadRunner for high-speed internet. It was one disappointment after another with this complex.
