I moved in Sept. 2002 and we have had about two or three maintenance complaints since. Our complaints were taken care of in about a week, which isn't quick but acceptable. There is something wrong with the AC that makes it leak and maintenance said that all they could do is replace the floorboards to make it look better. I'd rather the problem be fixed, but oh well. The water bill is way too high in the summer, but the rest of the year it's ok. There is dog crap all over the place, and I've seen several dogs running around off their leashes and with owners no where in sight to monitor the dogs behavior. I have had no big noise complaints, and the two neighbors i have met are really nice people. Every interaction I have had with management has been good. They are very friendly and professional.
