I've been in quite a few communities so far and this is the best one yet...for the price. Keep in mind that these are not expensive apartments therefore you can't expect everything to be perfect. There are a couple of things to expect though, quick and friendly service from the mainenance guys and helpful service in the office. There have been quite a few changes in the last year that have made this place a lot nicer to live at. First of all if you have a problem with not being able to park right in front of your door, don't live in an apartment! Or find a place that has garages. Don't complain just cause your lazy. Second of all, they have large speed bumps. Get over it, it keeps everybody safe. I have read complaints about people being upset at other places cause people are inconsiderate and speed around the complex. And then when a community tries to do something about it, expecially when there are kids around, and people complain about that to. I don't get it. As for kids playing everywhere, the inside of the community is like a park. It has its quite times where you can sit out and read, and other times there are kids everywhere, which I don't consider to be a bad thing. It usually just makes me smile. The biggest and best change here has been in management. Since the change it seems the office has been paying more attention to the problems that have been holding this place back. Like the pet problem. People are rude everywhere not just here, but againg cheap place, so it's not like they can hire someone to just pick up poop. If you're looking for a spacious floor plan, washer and dryers that don't cost extra, in a great location, this is the place to be. My neighbors are pretty nice or I just don't see them. I like it here and I know a lot of other people that do too.
