I would think twice if I were you...

This is a Tax-Credit property, so there are income limitations and at least one member of the household can't be a full-time student. With these restrictions, you would think it would be a nice place. Wrong. We happen to live right in front of the playground, where small children play unattended and like to throw rocks at my dog in the window. They also leave everything from toys and trash to food and clothes, but no one seems to care. One of the maintenance guys has been electrocuted, twice, if that tells you anything. We were told upon move-in that our average water bill would be $32. It was never under $45, sometimes getting as high as $55 for 2 people in a one bedroom. Only good point was full-size washer/dryer in every unit.
