Would I recommend it' Maybe. If you like the luxury of a full sized washer/dryer in every unit, an excellent grounds crew, and large rooms, then yes. But if you have probs with opening your door to see your neighbors blowing cigarette smoke at you, unattended wild kids, and speed bumbs to make you wish you were flat chested, then no. The biggest problem was the agreement with the water bill. We were told that it would be about $20 per person a month (3BDR) and it has been at least $80 at times. Sure, it's income restricted, so re-leasing can be stressful. Overall, it's okay. Maitenance is good, the management was nice (not so sure now; you be the judge), and it's relatively quiet (considering the neighboring party apartments).
