Country Oaks is great for the price. Eveyone in the office always has a smile on their face and is happy to help. Maintance always tries to help and usually comes to fix things within the day. They have a great pool that is quite and realaxing. I have lived in San Marcos for three years at three different apartments and this has been the best for the price yet. They have the cheapest prices in town or at least what the best price I could find.
