the office staff is HORRIBLE beyond words! they are rude, inconsiderate, heartless, and couldnt care less about the residents persoanlly! it feels like we live in a dirty ghetto with all of the loud bass bumping "gangstas", unsupervised children running around everywhere and the fear at night that if i go to my car i will be attacked! the only positive thing here is the maintance crew is extremely nice! otherwise i think living on the streets might be more enjoyable
