I have been living at country oaks since they opened for a total of maybe 8 years. The current manager is a horror. She is the main reason that the maintenance person left and he was the best country oaks has ever had. She sends out vacate notices for a balance of a couple of dollars on water. She also sent a notice to a long time tenant due to their car being ugly. The manager is real nice when she is tryint to get you in but is a total phony and unprofessional.
