Our first apartment here was fine. Moved into a three bedroom and had nothing but trouble. Four leaks in five months, and none were handled with a single maintenance request. Management told us to call with maintenance requests, turns out that this is because you can't move out unless you have written maintenance requests to prove that they haven't been fixing things.

Until now I would have thought this household would've left a note of praise for all of the work I have personally done to ensure their happiness while residing with us. But obviously, this website only serves the purpose of providing a forum for the dissatisfied resident, even if they were previously pleased.

Yes, we were previously pleased. But, the fact that we are now not pleased should be a sign that there is something wrong! Plus, should you really have to be praised for doing what should be your job? You're not entitled to praise just for doing what you should be doing in the first place. Good customer service doesn't require constant praise- it should just be done out of the desire to do a good job!
