The only thing that I can rate high is the parking. Plenty of parking spaces because so many tenents have moved out.

Noise: A couple of weeks ago a couple were yelling and screaming running up and down the parking lot. I looked out my window because they woke me up from a dead sleep and the dude was punching her out. The dude was carrying around a 12 pack and was trying to drive off. Someone finally had the good sense to call the police. . .

Doesn't sound like it would be a good place for families with children to live here. Fire and fights, not very high class to me.

DUH!!!! The police were called. I should know I am the tenant who called them. Not to mention the perpetrator was trying to drive off with an opened 12 pack of beer. Drinking and driving and their are children that do live here. I did the responsible thing any good standing citizen would by calling the police. I even mentioned it to the office staff employee the very next day, and she was unaware that the police were called. Maybe because the police got it under control before it esculated. YOU CAN TRUST AND BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ. THIS IS TRUE AND FACTUAL. You can thank you responsible tenant for doing the right thing.

You should believe what you read. I witnessed a guy dragging a chick by the hair into a truck and flying out like a maniac while wailing on her the entire time. I called the police. There was a time when cops were patrolling through our complex every night. I have seen three domestic violence arrests. I too remember the dumpster fire. Our doors don't open inward like a typical front door...OH no, ours open to the outside to make break-ins a little more difficult.

That is nothing compare when they hired this dude mmmm Sherman as a part of the staff I thought was really bad since everyone knew about his SIDE JOB" and pretty sure the managers from country oaks knew about it cuz i saw one of them a few times hanging out with him before he start. working at the complex. I have kids and i didnt feel really safe thats the reason why i moved out.
