Moved in 02/2008 and loving it. My neighbors keep to themself, no loud parties, etc. The inside is greaT; large, well kept and washer and dryer included. Sometimes I do hear a car drive through with loud music however it's an apt. complex and the noise is gone within a minute. Big deal! Have plenty of friends that want to live here but they're students and cannot. They're paying $150 more then myself per month and thier home are a step down. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!
P.S. To the person with the two bedroom at $679. I'm paying $710 and believe it's a good deal.
