This is a tax credit property which means the owner gets tax credits/money for choosing not to rent to students.
Which I find so ironically absurd because Country Oaks is on the main bus route to Texas State University.
My advise to any college student is do not bother to look here, you will be wasting your time.

thats sooo funny because Im a student myself and i have lived here for 2 years... so, now they do have rules like one of the residents cannot be full time but it doesnt mean STUDENTS CANNOT LIVE HERE!!... these are great apartments and the staff has been so helpful eversince i have lived here. just because country oaks is on the bus route doesnt mean they ahve to lease to students. and actually before i moved here i went to River Villa Oaks.. and they are a tax credit property as well... and their on the same street...so i hope u posted the same thing for them :)
