Its pretty obvious that the anonymous person has some personal stake in defending Country Oaks. Its also pretty pathetic.

Anyway, there are countless examples of mistreatment of residents, management taking advantage, and it all started when Tricia became the manager. The injustices are strikingly similar and from what I have read so far, are nearly identical to what I have experienced.

Unprofessional doesn't even begin to explain how the manager of these apartments operates.

Sadly, before she came into "power" this was a really wonderful place to live.
