Ive lived here for 2 years and..

Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2008-01-01

I have lived here for two years and the only reason I have is because I dont want to move my stuff.

THE BAD:
-The maintainance is getting better, but if its a hard job to fix...they wont fix it.

- It may take one service note for them to fix the problem...it may take 20...its a mystery
-They closed the pool half the summer becasue they were too lazy to clean it.

-They lie all the time about when is the last time to sign a lease.

-The furniture is pitiful.

We use old boxes for our living room table.

(they will charge you 100 dollars for a new table)...even if the one they gave you was not in good shape at first.

- The people at the front desk are nice, but not helpful (they have no control over anything...corporate controls everything)
- Gates are always open...come on in criminals of san marcos
- Our carpet is 7 years old and turning black
- Loud...but thats normal and not their fault
- I hope you dont like working out....all of the equitment is broken
- The rims of the basketball goals are so bent its hard to shoot
- DOG POOP IS EVERYWHERE

THE GOOD:
- Fairly cheap if you renew
- Dont have to worry about having your place look good...it never will
- On 2 bus routes
- No towing inside gate
