This Place needs a new manager

This place is a waste of money...

it is clear that the management here does not care about the property.

The property is always filthy and atrocious you have to guess and park because they wont evern get the parking spaces re-painted.

The pests at this apartment are as ugly as the management.

I do not understand why they do not invest the money in which they are making into the property so people would actually want to live there.

I plan on telling on my friends to do their homework before choosing the ------ University Heights
